Sky Country Estates is a housing subdivision located in the beautiful Sacramento mountains of southern New Mexico. Sky Country properties are part of a mixed conifer forest at an altitude between 8,500 and 9,000 feet above sea level.
    We are surrounded by an abundance of Douglas fir, southwestern white pine, white fir, and aspen. Wildlife in the area include elk, white-tail deer, black bears, mountain lions, turkeys, chipmunks, gray fox, horned lizards and many other animals that are common to a forest ecosystem.

    Please vote on the adoption of the ByLaws by 5:00 pm September 12, 2008. The final ByLaws are currently being revised by Dean Cross. Dean is the lawyer who has been working on the Sky Country Estates ByLaws along with property owners of Sky Country.
    The voting right is established in accordance with Section 15.D of Sky Country Estates Covenants and Restrictions document. See the Resource Center for CCR's document.
    Each voting member will receive a postcard with the ballot information in the mail. Your vote must be mailed back to Dean Cross's law firm (Hubert and Hernandez) to be counted. See Resource Center for more details.
